Rules for using FlipWordy.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the FlipWordy mobile application.

1. Acceptance

By using FlipWordy, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use FlipWordy by signing in with a supported provider or by continuing as a guest. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to provide and for keeping your device and account access secure.

3. License

FlipWordy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related services.
  • Do not use FlipWordy in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Do not interfere with ads, billing, authentication, or security features.

5. Ads and paid features

FlipWordy may display ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded formats. The app may also offer monthly or yearly subscriptions that remove ads while active.

All purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing-related terms are handled by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their respective policies.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of FlipWordy at any time, including features, ads, learning content, or subscription offerings. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or on all devices.

7. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account from within the app if that option is available in your current version. We may also suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the app, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse.

8. Disclaimer

FlipWordy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipWordy and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
